New Courses and Workshops

Lunchtime Small-Group Lessons, Twickenham - 1 hour, £25pp

I run regular lunch time group sessions in focused on mindfulness and renewing this energy-dynamic to help us cope with life's daily challenges. Lessons are £25 per person for maximum three people sharing a one-hour session, learning both from direct tuition and the group experience. We will look at the way in which the breath influences the mechanical operation of our bodies and develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between mind and body. From this we gain the perspective to rise above stress and pain, renewing our energy and allowing us to choose the way in which we address our problems or reach for our goals, rather than continue to be pressured by habit and circumstance.
12.30pm or 1.45pm, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, The Treatment Room, 366 Richmond Road, Twickenham, TW1 2DX.
